Job Description:
Triumph ABA is seeking ABA Techs to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a Behavioral Supervisor (BCBA).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule that needs to filled Monday-Friday 5:30-7:30PM, Saturday and Sunday any time for abt 2 hours a day
- Provide one on one in- home or community based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy
- Collect data to monitor the progress and implement feedback during sessions
- Implement behavioral plans designed by the BCBA/ LBA
- Support BCBA with training families on implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families and supervisors
- Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors and other applicable parties
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to work flexible/ full time/ part time schedules
- 1 year experience working with children or related field
- Ability to work while following HIPPA confidentiality laws
- Strong communication, problem solving and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
