North Wilton Animal Hospital is seeking a receptionist. We’re different – A privately owned (NOT corporate) one doctor practice looking for an applicant who is friendly, reliable, and wants to work as part of a team where each member is important. The clinic is located in a historic house, so it’s kind of like working from home without actually working from home. We have amazing clients and try to provide stress free care to their pets. If you are looking for a change and want to work in an environment where you matter, we would love to meet you. Responsibilities include answering phones and relaying messages to the doctor and technician as appropriate, scheduling and checking in appointments and surgeries, entering information into our electronic record system, handling medication refills, generating reminders, and taking payments. A good sense of humor is appreciated and the ability to multitask while paying attention to detail is a must. We are committed to bringing compassionate care with modern diagnostic capabilities to our patients and their people.
NO boarding. NO WEEKEND HOURS. NO after hours emergencies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour
