Outpatient medical rehabilitation center is seeking a Behavioral Health Provider
Applicants Must hold Texas LPC-Associate License in good standing
Clinic hours: The facility is open Monday-Friday 8-5.
Licensed provider serves as an integral part of interdisciplinary team in the delivery of
- Functional rehabilitation
- Brain injury neurocognitive day program
- Outpatient counseling
- Group Therapy
Clinician will work collaboratively with medical doctors, rehabilitation team, counselors and psychologists to execute interdisciplinary care plan.
Clinician will provide psychological testing, individual and group counseling, clinical interviews, and S-EMG biofeedback therapy (after training). Some administrative duties as assigned.

The Injury1 Clinics are Internationally recognized as an Outpatient Medical Rehabilitation accredited by the Commission for Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

Pay: $41,600.00 – $44,990.00 per year
