Position: Mental Health Therapist

Salary: $45,200 – $62,000 a year

Hybrid: Remote and in-office

Physical Location: Princess Anne, MD

Weekend: Weekend optional

Licensure/Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling

• Licensure required- LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C or LCPC in Maryland

• Experience: Preferred; Comprehensive clinical training offered

Bluntly Coached, LLC is a Coaching, Counseling, and Consulting Firm that specializes in providing multicultural clinical services to individuals and corporate consulting to entities. We are located on the beautiful Eastern Shore of Maryland We provide virtual and in-person mental health services to adults and teenagers.

Specialized Clinical Skills

The ideal candidate for this position will be highly trainable and optimistic. Although this position is flexible, please keep in mind that providing clinical services to our clients require intentionality and consistency.

• The therapist will have a clear understanding of mental health diagnostic criterias as set forth by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5)

• The therapist will provide individual, family, and group counseling to teenagers and adults

• The therapist should be able to build strong therapeutic alliance with clients

• The therapist must complete progress notes in a timely manner.

• The therapist should have the ability to formulate achievable and actionable treatment goals

• Bluntly Coached is a collaborative group practice. The therapist should be willing to seek supervision as needed.

• An ideal candidate will also be familiar with care coordination and case management.

• Some knowledge of mezzo-level social work preferred for community engagement and outreach.
