JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manages all aspects of L&D unit, including scheduling, communications, provides esources and nursing expertise to professional and communitiy colleagues, oversees L&D nursing and Special Care Nursery.
- Holds all staff accountable to professional guidelines.
- Oversees orientation and competency process for all staff.
- Oversees ordering, supplies, and financials for the department.
$1,000.00 Housing Allowance for up to twelve months upon relocation

Must-Haves :
- BSN in nursing
- Previous significant leadership experience in L&D
