Neurology and Sleep Medicine Associates has an opening of a full-time or part-time position for a licensed physical therapist. The candidate must have experiences of working in outpatient practice. The candidate must be proficient in evaluating patients for PT service and performing the treatment accordingly. The candidate must be a team player. The candidate must have knowledge in coding PT service. Work ethics and team work attitude are important in consideration. The practice offers competitive salary with performance bonus, health insurance, PTO, CME allowance and 401K plan.
