We are seeking a Laboratory Point of Care Coordinator for our facility to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Job Summary:
- In this role, you will provide appropriate customer service to all patients, visitors, physicians and co-workers utilizing AIDET while showing courtesy, compassion and respect.
- You will partner with clinical staff in the design, development, and implementation of POC policies and procedures.
- Your role audits all testing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulations imposed by the government and any other accrediting bodies.
- You will evaluate and recommend POCT methodologies and equipment.
- You role performs method validation for POCT.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; graduation from a NCCLS accredited Medical Technology program;
- TN State Clinical Lab Med Technologist required
- 5 years clinical experience required
