State of the art facility includes access to 3D imaging and oral scanners. Office accepts most PPO insurance plans but no HMO. No buy-in option. Established group practice with high number of new patients and many long term patients. Very competitive pay and benefits with bonus for high production. 30-33% of adjusted production and lab fee are paid by the practice.
