Full-Time / Part-time Associate Dentist – Dugas Dental – Mount Gilead, OH

We are looking to hire an experienced dentist who sees the appeal of working in a small community in Morrow County. If you have great communication skills and excel at building rapport with patients, we can offer you a full, productive schedule 4-5 days per week (possible schedule could be 4 days in our Mt Gilead office and 1 day in our Lewis Center office).

We believe in being transparent with treatment recommendations by using digital xrays and intra-oral cameras to demonstrate the recommended work that needs to be completed. We offer competitive pay commensurate with experience, paid training and CE, and holiday pay. The position is for 4-5 days/per week. Must also possess a valid dental license. There is also an option for partnership/buy-in down the road.

We have quarterly team-appreciation events and office outings, and also offer free dental work to employees and direct family members, and health insurance through Medical Mutual.
