Physical Therapist

Our community is looking for a compassionate individual to help enrich the lives of our residents, making every day vibrant with beautiful smiles and tender care.

We are searching for a Physical Therapist with the following qualities and skills:

Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of Florida

Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative therapy practices

Assist in developing plans for individual residents in coordination and conjunction with the resident assessment (MDS).

Must have, as a minimum, two (2) years experience in a therapist capacity in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility.

Review the Physical Therapy requirements of each resident admitted to the Facility and assist the attending physician in planning for the resident’s care.

Ensure that care plans indicate Physical Therapy when such therapy is ordered.

Participate in the development and implementation of care plans, including quarterly reviews.
