Position Summary
Array is hiring LCSWs who are licensed in North Carolina for a part-time or full-time 100% teletherapy position to provide emergency services assessments. Array specializes in providing on-demand evaluations and care to its partners. OnDemand clinicians are able to immerse themselves in the fast-paced assessments completed in emergency department or crisis center settings from the comfort of their own home. OnDemand clinicians collaborate with the onsite professionals to provide comprehensive care that focuses on determining appropriate disposition.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide video-based behavioral health assessment with patients
- Assist with de-escalation and stabilization
- Phone or video capture any readily available collateral information from other sources
- Analyze psychological/psychosocial aspects of individual interrelationships to gain understanding of an individual’s thoughts, feelings and behaviors
- Provide written recommendation on next level of assessment or care
- Maintain documentation within partner site’s EMR
- Maintain a therapeutic and safe environment for all
- Provide observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context
- Maintain all required certifications and licenses
Job Requirements
- Licensed clinical social workers (LCSW)
- Clinicians must be licensed in North Carolina
- Professional licensure must enable independent practice
- Provisional licenses or those requiring additional supervision are ineligible
Ideal Candidate
- 1-3 years of experience since obtaining unrestricted license
- Interest in being a pioneering clinician in a thriving behavioral health care modality
- Comfortable with technology
- Strong communication skills
- Established and updated CAQH profile strongly preferred
Logistics
- Malpractice insurance and insurance credentialing will be covered
- All equipment (laptop, camera, etc.) is provided by Array Behavioral Care
- Online software and technology support will be provided
- Candidates are required to have a private office space in their home or elsewhere to ensure confidentiality
- Candidates must be able to obtain and consistently maintain credentials on payer panels
