Mobile Phlebotomist – Independent Contractor – Shelton Professional Phlebotomy Services – Franklin, TN

We are seeking independent medically trained professionals to complete mobile draw/mobile specimen collections. Qualified applicants must display excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills in a fast paced environment. Individual needs to be able to work with little supervision.

Following requirements must be met:

· High school diploma or GED

· Minimum of 1 year phlebotomy experience.

· Excellent Phlebotomy skills is a must.

· Capable of completing medical history questionnaires written or on iPads.

· Must have reliable transportation — Valid Drivers License.

· Be willing to travel at least 25-50 miles, this is a mobile position.

· All applicants must be willing to complete an extensive background check.
