Mental Health Clinician – Casa de la Familia – California

Casa Counseling, a division of Casa de la Familia, is looking for qualified licensed and associate MFT’s, Clinical Social Workers and Professional Clinical Counselors.

OUR MISSION

Casa de la Familia is dedicated to ensuring the long-lasting mental health success of individuals who have experienced a psychological trauma. Casa de la Familia specializes in the treatment of post-traumatic, anxiety, and depressive disorders through the provision crisis intervention and long-term individual and family therapy. We work closely with city, county and state social service agencies, police departments, victim advocates, family resource centers, nonprofit agencies, and community service programs.

MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST

We are currently searching for a fantastic new member of our team to work primarily through our various programs. Our programs social services, victims of crime program, 13 Reasons why, Right to Rise and private clients. Services provided include individual, family, and group therapy.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

As a mental health therapist, you will be assigned a clinical supervisor, and will have dedicated time to consult with them each week on your cases. You will also be assigned a case manager, who is available to help you succeed and navigate our programs. Case managers help clinicians with administrative matters to ensure the best care for your clients.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

In your first 90 days, you will:

  • Conduct intakes and sessions for your assigned case load
  • Learn the ins and outs of our platforms, from how it works to ensure accurate documentation
  • Learn how to use resources to effectively provide services to your clients

Within your first 6 months, you will:

  • Establish yourself as a trusted Casa Counseling Clinician with your clients and coworkers
  • Establish additional projects and services you offer through Casa Counseling, such as blog writing and social media content

    • Experience in working with people who have experienced trauma

    • Experience in writing treatment plans

    • A strong sense of accountability and ownership that allows you to work honestly and tactfully with clients and coworkers
    • Willingness to learn and receive guidance from clinical supervisors and clinicians.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

  • An active registration with your licensing board.

COMPENSATION

Associates: Full Time: $50,000 – $60,000 , Part Time: $22 – $30, per diem

  • Compensation is based on the following factors:
    • Experience treating trauma
    • Experience Diagnosing
    • Experience Treatment Planning
    • Experience Documenting
    • Experience in the work force as a therapist
    • Availability

Licensed Clinicians: Full Time: $67,000-$75,000 , Part Time: $34 – $40, per diem

  • Compensation is based on the following factors:
    • Experience treating trauma
    • Experience Diagnosing
    • Experience Treatment Planning
    • Experience Documenting
    • Availability

Psychological Assistants/Registered Psychologists: Full Time: $55,000-$65,000 , Part Time: $29 – $39, per diem

  • Compensation is based on the following factors:
    • Experience treating trauma
    • Experience Diagnosing
    • Experience Treatment Planning
    • Experience Documenting
    • Availability

Licensed Psychologists: $44 – $50, per diem

  • Compensation is based on the following factors:
    • Experience treating trauma
    • Experience Diagnosing
    • Experience Treatment Planning
    • Experience Documenting
    • Availability

In addition:

  • Incentives based on productivity, paid out monthly,
  • Incentives for those who are bilingual.
  • Yearly increases
