When a child comes to Sunshine Center for therapy services, they become part of our family. This position is here to greet and take care of these families. A kind, compassionate, energetic multitasker is needed for this position. We are a group of team players, and we are looking for someone to add even more positive energy to our team.
A typical day will consist of answering the phones, scheduling appointments, processing appointment status changes, collecting payments, verifying insurance information, and maintaining records and accounts utilizing an EMR (Electronic Medical Records) System.
Hours for this position are 9-6 Monday-Friday.
