Registered Veterinary Technician (LVT)
If you would like to perform technical skills, and utilize the knowledge gained through your license or experience as a veterinary technician then joining the team at All About Animals Veterinary Clinic will allow you to do just that. Veterinary Technicians work alongside our veterinarians to provide exceptional patient care and superior client service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver top notch, compassionate nursing care to patients utilizing a variety of technical skills, including diagnostic sample collection, catheter placement, radiography, emergency medicine, and more
- Assist with patient procedures and surgeries; perform sedation and anesthesia, preparation of patients, instruments, equipment
- Obtain health history from clients and ensure documentation is accurate and complete within the electronic medical record
- Willingness to guide, mentor, and support fellow team members
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Veterinary Technician, or have a minimum of 5 years experience in the veterinary field.
- Ability to communicate clearly with fellow staff members as well as clients.
- Proficient time management, ability to problem solve, learn, and multitask.
- Must be able to lift and restrain pets of at least 50 pounds, and work on feet most of the day.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
