As a Nurse Navigator you use your clinical skills to help pioneer a new model of Durable
Medical Equipment care delivery. The ideal candidate for this role will be motivated to leverage their clinical background while gaining a technical skill set in this new intersection of digital health and patient care. This position has the ability to work anywhere in the United States
with a team of passionate healthcare technologists.

Duties/Responsibilities
Duties/Responsibilities
- Lead implementations for an innovative Durable Medical Equipment Platform; train users and ensure successful product adoption and compliance
- Travel to customer sites to manage relationships, conduct additional trainings, solve problems, drive outcomes, and contribute to account health
- Become an expert on Rx Redefined’s software platform and best practices
- Provide on-going training and support to physicians, nurses, support staff and patients throughout the Customer Lifecycle
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to build productive relationships
- Resolve challenges while prioritizing a positive customer and patient experience
- Interpret account metrics and customer feedback to develop and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement
- Contribute to Rx Redefined’s growth and positively impact the US healthcare system
Required Skills/Abilities
- Strong communicator with ability to teach clinical staff on use of our in-office software and drive change
- A quick learner, creative problem solver, savvy with new technology
- A team player that can work effectively with colleagues and mentor fellow team members
- Can work autonomously and take ownership of projects with limited input and minimal oversight after the initial training period
- Ability to influence others, build trust, drive outcomes and accountability
- Strong business acumen
- Can work remotely, but must be able to travel 4 weeks/quarter, often on consecutive days
- Experience with Project Management, DME Distribution and Nursing Informatics is a plus
Education and Experience
- RN or LVN license in good standing.
- At least 5 years of experience in a medical office and/or medical leadership.
Physical Requirements
Work Environment
This role will work in a variety of environments in largely a sedentary capacity, with most of the duties performed on a computer or phone. This role routinely travels and is comfortable in a variety of methods of transportation.
Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Answer multiple emails and phone calls per day
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Move throughout workspace when needed

Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
