Established Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) in Orangeburg, NY currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) available for a contract assignment (local or travel) with possible extension. MINIMUM of 2 years recent Registered Nurse experience. Visiting homes in Rockland County territory.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
- Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice
- 2 years of experience in home care setting preferred
- 8 hour shift / 5 shifts per week
- Approximately 6 home visits/day
- 13 weeks with possible option to extend
- ASAP start
- Experience with a CHHA
- Oasis assessment tool experience required
- Knowledge of Homecare Homebase EMR strongly preferred
- BLS certification required
- Wound care and IV procedures experience required
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen
- COVID vaccinations required
