A Queens Urology practice under new ownership is looking to recruit a skilled, energetic individual for the position of Medical Biller.
The position offers a busy, fast-paced work environment with on-the-job training and room for personal and career growth. Medical billers utilize their training for a wide variety of responsibilities throughout the office including posting charges and payments, managing EOBs, AR, reporting, interacting with patients about balances, creating payment agreements, etc.
Currently, we are looking for a full time biller to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday.

A strong candidate for this position is one who is motivated, reliable, detail-oriented and highly efficient. One must be personable and have excellent communication skills and work well with other staff as well as be able to develop rapport with patients. Being able to learn quickly and multi-task are also musts! Any applicant with these characteristics will fit in nicely with our office family!
Requirements:
* Must have computer knowledge including using Windows PCs, using applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel, and having a working knowledge of a billing system.
* Must speak English well.
* Experience is preferred but you are welcome to apply if you are starting your biller carrier.
