We are looking for a passionate, talented, and ambitious Psychologist (PhD, PsyD) to join our team as Clinical Director. This is an exciting opportunity for a Psychologist who is eager to play a significant role in the development and growth of a young and innovative group practice and lead our exceptional clinical team. As Clinical Director, you will work closely with the Founder/CEO to provide administrative oversight, consultation, and mentorship to our licensed therapists, supervision to our clinical trainees, and marketing and outreach online and within our local community. The Clinical Director will also provide direct psychotherapy services (minimum caseload of 20) to children, adults, couples, and/or families within his/her area of expertise. This role provides considerable opportunities for program development and career advancement for a motivated candidate with entrepreneurial aspirations in the field of mental health.
We welcome applications from Psychologists (PhD, PsyD) who are licensed or license-eligible in the Rhode Island and have experience and/or interest in receiving further training in the following areas:
· Evidence-based treatments for survivors of trauma
· Acceptance-based and/or Cognitive-Behavioral treatments
· Child/adolescent therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and/or parent coaching
· Supervision and/or management of clinical staff
· Community outreach and program development
This position is 100% remote with a flexible work schedule that supports work-life balance. Compensation for this position is between 90k – 120k (depending on experience and caseload size), and includes a benefits package (health, dental, 401K, credentialing, and CE/training reimbursement).
