Role: RN House Supervisor/Clinical Care Coordinator (RN)
Location: Lander, WY 82520

Requirements:
Must have current and valid Wyoming RN License or compact equivalent.
Current BLS Certification.
Current ACLS Certification.
Current PALS Certification or within 90 days of hire.
Current NRP Certification or within 90 days of hire.
Responsibilities:
The House Supervisor/Clinical Care Coordinator provides leadership support through collaboration with the Service Line Directors for all departments in planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating the care provided for the patient. The House Supervisor/Clinical Care Coordinator delegates duties, functions and maintains 24 hour accountability to ensure compliance with all policies and protocols of the hospital.
Serves as a resource and role model for nursing staff and ancillary staff in the management of patient care and nursing issues.
Reports to: CNO
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Minimum Work Experience:
- Minimum three years clinical nursing experience.
- ICU/ER experience preferred.
- Previous house supervision and/or management experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $55,298.28 – $68,500.00 per year
