Registered Dietitian – RD Nutrition Consultants – Dallas, TX

RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking a Clinical Registered Dietitian for 6 to 10 hours per week in the Dallas area! 50% of the position can be completed remotely via Telehealth.

Schedule: Flexible days/hours. Must be completed Monday-Friday between normal business hours

Compensation: $30.00-$36.00/hour DOE

Travel Compensation: $30.00-$36.00/hr (For travel time to and from the facility)

At least 1 year of clinical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate nutritional care of residents and patients by completing nutritional assessments
• Experience working with tube feedings
• Provide nutritional counseling and education for residents and family
• Meet DOH/state/federal regulations and company standards
• Perform duties independently without training or direction

Requirements : Candidates must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration

• Experience providing general nutrition education (IE weight loss, weight gain)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience with electronic charting systems
• Familiarity with state survey process and compliance to nutrition care regulations

• Bachelors degree with major studies in food and nutrition.
• Current state licensure/certification, if required by state.
• Current registration by the Commission on Dietetics Registration.
• One (1) year of work experience in a facility setting with clinical responsibilities or equivalent.
• Experience providing general nutrition education (IE weight loss, weight gain)
