Qualifications Needed for LNA:
- Graduate of a state approved nursing assistant class
- Successfully passed national licensing examination
- Obtains and maintains valid license from NH Board of Nursing
Duties and Responsibilities for LNA:
- Provides personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing/showering, dressing, grooming and eating.
- Works under immediate supervision of RN, Director of Resident Services, or Senior Resident Care Manager, but is self-directed to work well without constant supervision.
- Uses clinical observation skills whenever observing and caring for the resident
- Maintains correct and confidential documentation on residents as assigned by supervisor.
