Full Job Description

Main duties include:

  • Perform client visits in a timely, professional, and appropriate manner per standards of care and the needs of the patient.
  • Coordinate with the physician regarding patient changes.
  • Demonstrate clinical integrity by delivering the ordered treatment plan as ordered.
  • Complete all assessments, updates, and other documentation to maintain excellent care management and delivery.
  • Cooperate and assist other healthcare-related agencies providing or assuming health care services to enhance continuity of care.
  • If applicable, provide/conduct supervisory visits in a timely manner as required for Assistants to ensure appropriate service provision and compliance to all State and Federal regulations.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate possesses:

  • A passion for pediatrics
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • At least one year of postgraduate pediatric and/or home health experience
  • A current, unencumbered practice license
  • An on-site version of BLS Certification (CPR and First Aid)
  • A current Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLPs)
  • A current valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance, along with reliable personal transportation
