Full Job Description
Main duties include:
- Perform client visits in a timely, professional, and appropriate manner per standards of care and the needs of the patient.
- Coordinate with the physician regarding patient changes.
- Demonstrate clinical integrity by delivering the ordered treatment plan as ordered.
- Complete all assessments, updates, and other documentation to maintain excellent care management and delivery.
- Cooperate and assist other healthcare-related agencies providing or assuming health care services to enhance continuity of care.
- If applicable, provide/conduct supervisory visits in a timely manner as required for Assistants to ensure appropriate service provision and compliance to all State and Federal regulations.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate possesses:
- A passion for pediatrics
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- At least one year of postgraduate pediatric and/or home health experience
- A current, unencumbered practice license
- An on-site version of BLS Certification (CPR and First Aid)
- A current Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLPs)
- A current valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance, along with reliable personal transportation
