Job Summary
Performs diagnostic nuclear medicine clinical imaging as prescribed by physicians using radiopharmaceuticals for imaging under the direction of a qualified Radiologist and designated departmental administration. Assures departmental compliance with all state and NRC regulations.

Education:

Board certification (or board eligible) in Nuclear
Medicine preferred but will consider board
certification (or board eligible ) in Radiology.

Licensure:

ARRT, ( R ) (or eligible), and/or NRNMT, BLS,
Kentucky State License, ARRT, (NM) must be
completed by employees with RT ( R ) 2 years
after they are eligible to take the exam. (Must
work 4 years as a NM Tech to be ARRT NM
registry eligible)
