Responsibilities

• Help build and manage team of PT providers
• Provide clinical and operational supervision of PT providers and support staff
• Identify and help patients’ meet their goals
• Help improve patients’ motion and mobility
• Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery
• Develop care plans using a variety of skilled treatment techniques
• Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs
• Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
• Promote patients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance and coordination
• Consult and develop treatment plans with orthopaedic surgeons, physician assistants and occupational therapists
• Measure and monitor patient progress
• Document patient care

Skills

• Excellent PT skills
• Proven work experience as a physical therapist
• Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
• Knowledge of current treatment practices
• Drive to continually learn and grow
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Valid Massachusetts license to practice physical therapy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
