The Smile Institute positions itself as a premier dental practice with advanced dental procedures, modern equipment and best customer care.
The Smile Institute is currently looking for an experienced dental assistant/sterile tech available to work 5 days per week – Monday (9:45am to 7pm), Tuesday (8:45am-5pm), Wednesday (8:45am-5pm), Thursday (10:45am to 7pm), Friday (8:45am to 5pm).
Location: 25355 N Lake Pleasant Parkway, Unit 103, Peoria, AZ
Your primary responsibilities will be:
- Perform sterilization and disinfection procedures, as well as routine maintenance of dental operatories and equipment
- Work in our 3D printing lab: manufacture aligners, 3D teeth models, implant guides, night guards, etc.
- Assist doctor in day-to-day dental procedures and be able to explain treatment to patients
- Establish life-long relationships with patients
- Establish retention and patient loyalty through exceptional communication
- Collaborate with a team, exercise every opportunity to improve processes and contribute to the success of the practice.
