Center-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – The Center for Children with Special Needs – Glastonbury, CT

CCSN Behavioral Health is excited to announce that due to our growth and expansion, we are seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst to support our ABA Clinics based in Glastonbury and Farmington, CT.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Providing behavior analytic direct treatment and supervision to children and adolescents with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders primarily in a clinic-based setting with opportunities for generalization in homes and community settings
  • Providing supervision to a team of behavior technicians
  • Providing and facilitating family support and training

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Experience in delivering, designing, and implementing evidence-based treatment to individuals with ASD
  • Experience in leading evidence-based social skills groups
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Desire to work as part of a larger team multidisciplinary team of BCBAs, psychologists, occupational therapists, speech pathologist, and others
  • Experience providing supervision to BCBA supervisee candidates
  • Availability to build a work schedule M-F until 6:30 pm at least 4 nights per week with rotating Saturdays between from 8:00 – 3:00pm. Weeks where staff are scheduled for Saturdays, they will have a day off during the M-F work week.

This position also includes:

  • Weekly direct supervision with a senior-level BCBA
  • Weekly participation in clinical teams and group supervision
  • Participation in center-based professional development for Type 2 CEs
  • Opportunities for growth and development of clinical skills
  • Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians throughout the organization.
  • Potential opportunities to support school consultation.

This position is a full-time position (40 hours/week) across a 5 day work week that will include Saturdays. Hours M-F will require candidate to work until 6:00pm.
