Immediate opening for the following positions at Alpharetta location:
- Medical Assistant
We are looking for a reliable and positive team member who can keep up with fast paced work-flow and is committed to patient care. Paid training will be provided by our professional and experienced leadership team.
Job Duties:
-Triaging patients and recording vitals
-Prepare patients for examination by performing EKG and urinalysis
-Administer vaccines and medications as needed
-Discussing lab reports provided by the physician with patients
-Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures
-Review correspondence and radiology results prior to provider analysis
Requirements and Qualifications:
–Proven work experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred
-Knowledge of medical office procedural flow
-Computer capable and willingness to learn EMR
-Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Procedures:
- EKG
- UA
- Vitals
- Vaccine administration
- Swab samples for COVID, flu, and strep
Interpersonal Skills & Attributes:
-Uses a customer-focused approach in dealing with conflict and resolution of problems.
-Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
