The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is an integral part of the care team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. As a CNA you are responsible for providing a full range of nursing care in an interdisciplinary environment including:

Ensure that our patients/residents and their families receive the highest levels of care and service
Provide a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individual patients’/residents’ needs and rights
Assist with providing clinical care as directed

Employment is contingent on successful completion of pre-placement physical and criminal background

Documents to submit: (Current within the last 12 months)

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License
Previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in an acute care/long term care setting is desirable.

2-step TB test

Vaccination Card
