Alexandria Smiles is currently hiring for a part-time or full-time RDH / Dental Hygienist to work together with our patients to help improve their overall oral hygiene at our thriving dental office in the Alexandria, MN area. This essential hygienist position earns a competitive pay of $30 – $40/hour with a generous incentive plan.

DAY-TO-DAY
Our RDH / Dental Hygienist is essential to the success of our practice as you help us achieve our mission of providing exceptional patient care while helping our patients improve their overall oral hygiene. Each day, you perform screenings on a variety of patients and take time to teach patients when needed. You also take x-rays, provide thorough preventative care, and always keep an eye out for any signs of damage or disease.
Additionally, you are proud of your ability to meet patients where they are at and work toward helping them feel comfortable and confident in the care we provide. You provide extra reassurance for patients who need it and want to make sure every patient feels right at home with us. Ultimately, we rely on your knowledge, expertise, and attention to detail to help us serve our patients well, so they never dread having to visit the dentist!
