TITLE: Remote Inpatient Coder

SCHEDULE: FT 40 hours

CREDENTIALS: AHIMA

QUALIFICATIONS/JOB DESCRIPTION:

• 3 years’ experience in Inpatient coding setting
• Teaching and Trauma level experience
• Facility Type/Size: 832 Beds, Short Term Acute Care, Teaching Facility (460 Interns), Trauma Level I
• Travel Info: N/A 100% Remote
• Type of Assignment: Contract (Client can offer perm position)
• Desired Schedule: Monday – Friday, Normal office hours
• Case Mix: Cardiovascular, neuro, oncology, general med/surg, ortho, ICU/NICU, transplants, burns, OB/GYN, Urology
• Productivity Expectations: 2 charts/hour
• Systems Used/Technical Info: Must have : Epic and 3M
• Must have high speed Internet and dual monitors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38.00 – $40.00 per hour
