Memory care community looking for LVN -charge nurse for some noc shifts, and Am shifts
Supervises and supports care staff, med and tx pass. Monitors for change of conditions, communicates to physicians and responsible parties as needed, and charting. Assists in maintaining Med room compliance.
Must pass drug screen, background check, COVID 19 test, physical and TB screen. Must be covid 19 vaccinated. Please apply in person or send resume.
