We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse – Home Health (per diem) to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to assigned patients in a home health set-up. Let us know which areas you can service and we’ll match you with the right referrals!

Responsibilities:
- Providing nurse visits to home health patients. (home visits)
- Care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients
- Provide basic patient care and treatment
- Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications
- Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment
- Educate and update patients on medical treatments
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in nursing or home health.
- Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Auto Insurance
- Active CPR or BLS Certification
- Health Certification or Recent Physical Examination/Fit to Work note
- Valid (1 year) TB/PPD Test or Valid (3 years) Chest Xray
- Covid Vaccine record ***including booster
- Influenza Vaccine (or Declination)
- MMR
- Hepa B
- Photo
- Reference Check (at least 2 credible referees)
