Become a front desk receptionist of our health team! ProMED Pain Rehabilitation Institute is a breakthrough spine center dedicated to helping people avoid back or neck surgery. Our cutting-edge treatment corrects debilitating pain without the use of shots, drugs, surgery, or downtime.
We are searching for an individual who is intelligent, courteous, able to supervise, well-groomed, a self-starter, and able to make good judgments.
Responsibilities:
- Answer the telephone and helps callers with their needs
- Welcome patients and visitors to the practice
- Schedules appointments for patients
- Checks patients in as they arrive for appointments and alerts the clinical staff to the patient’s arrival
- Collects payments from patients as needed
- Alerts patients to any delays in the office
- Records any updates to patient demographics
- Processes insurance payments
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be able to multi-task, have attention to detail, and be organized
- Must be flexible in taking on new tasks
- Must have outstanding customer service skills
- Must be comfortable using a computer and multi-line telephone system
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

Experience:
- Customer service: 10 years (Preferred)
- Medical terminology: 4 years (Preferred)
