We are a level 1 academic trauma center with over 500 beds. We specialize in acute, medical and surgical care, including emergency care, surgery, minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic surgery, gastroenterology, cardiology, pediatrics, podiatry, endocrinology, urology, oncology, and orthopedics. Our facility supports adults and pediatrics, we are a designated stroke center and have a state of the art cardiac cath lab. We are consistently rated one of the top hospitals in the NYC metro area.

Job Details
What you will be doing:
• Oversee the creation and management of a fundraising program for a medical center
• Oversee all fundraising and development which includes grants, special events, planned giving, annual giving, major gifts, annual Gala, golf events
• Develop a strategic plan
• Cultivate relationships
• Department budget oversight
• Publication development
Skills you need:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Certified Professional Fund Raiser credential preferred but not required
• Healthcare fundraising experience is required
• Experience leading a multi-pronged fund-raising program is required
