This is a mid-level sales position with upside earnings potential and the candidate must currently live in Baton Rouge, LA.

Rehab Technologies, LLC is a regional medical device company in the southeastern United States that specializes in surgical reconstruction and wound care, post-operative orthopedic care, and conservative pain management solutions for issues related to the spine. Rehab Technologies is experiencing rapid growth in surgical reconstruction and advanced wound management. We partnered with LifeNet Health in the summer of 2019. We are the local distributor for their human dermal Allograft – DermACELL AWM and their recently launched placental membrane – Matrion. We are achieving unprecedented outcomes in dermal replacement procedures with only one application of DermACELL. We are excited with what we are seeing with Matrion as it is the first decellularized full thickness placental membrane on the market – giving it better handling, more growth factors, and exceptional outcomes.

– Successfully reduced institutional costs associated with NPWT pump rental and disposable costs by converting numerous hospitals across the southeast to Rehab Technologies/Genadyne.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Territory Manager will concentrate their efforts on marketing Rehab Technologies’ product line, which includes Human Dermal Allograft and Placental Membrane Grafts, Negative Pressure Wound Therapy Devices (NPWT), Spinal Orthotics, and Continuous Passive Motion devices. These products provide solutions for chronic and surgical wound healing, indications related to the spine, and post-operative orthopedic care. This self-motivated person will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and cultivating all potential sales leads and prospects, while developing customer relationships and illustrating a positive image for the company. The Territory Manager will be expected to train, in-service, and support healthcare professionals in hospitals, operating room, wound care facilities, and other patient care settings.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Candidate must currently live in the Baton Rouge area
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good Time Management and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license (Must be able to pass MVR check)
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of medical sales
  • OR contacts and sales experience
  • Passionate about patient care and serving others
  • Familiar with CRM (Customer Relationship Management software)

Pay: $48,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
