Position Summary

Provide therapeutic services to children and adolescents referred for services.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • Provide therapeutic services to assigned clients.

  • Provide educational presentations to the community, as assigned by the Executive Vice President

of Children & Youth Services.

  • Provide clinical supervision to Children & Youth Services staff, as assigned by the Executive Vice

President of Children & Youth Services.

  • Document all work and complete all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Respond to crisis calls and “walk-ins” as necessary.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Work Experience

Required Experience: 1 to 2 years

Experience: Two years minimum post-graduate clinical experience.

Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy to operate agency software.

Certifications &
Licenses: License in discipline appropriate to degree.

Other Requirements: Training in and/or proven competence working with children and adolescents. Must have training and/or experience in working with the cultural groups represented in the agency’s population.

Education

Degree Level Required:
Graduate

Master’s Degree Required, Field of Study: Counseling or related field.
