Pharmacy Revenue Integrity Manager – Park Nicollet – Minnesota

Position Summary

This new pharmacy manager position focused on pharmacy revenue integrity will be responsible for investigation, quantification, and coordination of margin/revenue enhancement opportunities for HealthPartners/Park Nicollet clinics and hospitals. Focus will be in Oncology and Medical Specialty departments.

This individual will work closely with the Clinical/Operational Teams, Supply Chain/Purchasing, Pharmacy Leaders, Patient Financial Services/Prior Authorization Teams, Denial Specialists, IS&T and others to ensure transparency and coordination around system-wide pharmacy revenue integrity initiatives.

Education/Experience:

Required

Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred)

2 years as a practicing pharmacist

Preferred

Experience in the field of Pharmacy Revenue Integrity

ASHP Certificate, Pharmacy Revenue Cycle Management

Clinical Pharmacy Background

Special Knowledge/Skills/Certifications/Licenses:

  • Strong project management skills; ability to multi-task
  • Detailed understanding of health-system pharmacy revenue cycle
  • Fluency in navigating the electronic medical record (Epic)
  • Detailed understanding of the 340B program
  • Fluent with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite
  • Able to interpret large amount of data for strategic decision making

Additional Information

Position is coded as remote/WFH, however may require limited travel to meet teams, investigate workflows, etc. If onsite work is desired, that can be discussed. This position will work with multple teams/departments/hospitals/clinics that are located in MN and Western WI.
