Medical Call Center Representative
Fichte Endl & Elmer Surgery, PC has a great opportunity for an individual to work hand in hand with our call center supervisor to follow up on all incoming calls, manage our call center technology platforms and educate our prospective patients.The successful candidate will:
Job Responsibilities
- Establish a friendly and warm inbound call experience for our current and prospective patients
- Build rapport with new and existing patients in a consultative manner
- Learn our services and become an expert who brings value to our patients
- Have the ability to easily and quickly build trust and rapport with patients
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity and patient focus.
- Be proficient in learning and managing our related technology platform
- Strong knowledge and experienced with multiple technology platforms
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize activities
- Ability to manage sensitive and critical patient information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a creative thinker and problem solver, self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision while meeting performance expectations
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
