CT/X-Ray Technologist – Vitana Inc – Middletown, NY

**Pay Rate – $50/hr to $55/hr ** (Negotiable)

Title: CT/X-Ray Technologist
Location: Harris, NY
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 8 Hrs/Day, 5 days/week, Evenings/Nights Shift

Job Description:

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images of patients’ internal organs and tissues.
• Appropriately positioning patients to scan specific areas of their bodies.
• Performing regular warm-up sequences on the CT scanner to prolong the life of the X-ray tubes.
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients.
• Correctly interpreting doctors’ written scanning instructions.
• Administering radiocontrast agents to patients to enhance the visibility of internal organs and tissues.

Experience Required:

2 years experience of CT/X-Ray Technologist

Licenses and Certifications:

• Active BLS
• ARRT (CT)
• Co-vid Vaccination Certificate

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 – $55.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Middletown, NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Recent CT/X-Ray Technologist: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification Of AHA (Preferred)
• Co-vid Vaccination Certificate (Preferred)
• ARRT (CT) Certification (Preferred)
