Bellefaire JCB is currently seeking an After School Clinical Supervisor to be responsible for providing clinical and administrative supervision and training to assigned staff members, as well as monitoring assigned budget.
Other Responsibilities Include:
- Provide administrative and supervision to the program and staff including, but not limited to, hiring, supervision, evaluation, disciplinary actions and termination of employees
- Provide weekly individual supervision to assigned staff and group supervision as needed.
- Provide staff training programs to provide necessary skills to implement the After School Program.
- Facilitate the implementation of clinical planning for clients as designed by the treatment team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field
- Valid Ohio LISW or LPCC required
- Strong clinical skills including expertise in systemic family therapy, crisis intervention, family education, behavioral interventions, group work and substance abuse therapy
- Demonstrated supervisory skills Demonstrated clinical experience in chemical dependency treatment.
- Demonstrated supervisory skills
- Sensitivity in relating to persons of varying backgrounds and demonstrate ability to work with diverse groups of people possessing various strengths, aptitudes and abilities
