We currently have an opening for a remote customer service rock-star to join our growing team!

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Customer Service Representative will provide first-class customer service as they work towards first call resolution in all patient interactions. Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Field customer inquiries via softphone

· Process client requests within the company’s CRM with accuracy and promptness

· Document, troubleshoot, research, and resolve customer concerns and grievances with compassion and skill

· Assist and retain clients looking to cancel services by de-escalating and offering solutions

· Use discernment to escalate or direct client inquiries to management when necessary

· Develop and maintain a strong knowledge base of the company’s products and services

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will be a self starter with a positive mindset. The candidate should be a team player with the following traits and experience:

· Excellent listening and communication skills

· Patience and compassion

· Attention to detail

· Strong interpersonal skills to help quickly build rapport with clients and coworkers

· A high-school diploma or equivalent

· Computer proficiency, with the ability to utilize multiple screens and programs (i.e. computer based softphone); high speed internet, a working computer, and an ethernet chord/hardwired connection required, as AMM does not supply equipment to remote representatives at this time.

· Exceptional problem solving skills

· The ability to effectively manage multiple priorities

· Call center customer service experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 – $18.00 per hour
