Lead Massage Therapist:
PATIENT INTERACTION
– Ensures our massage therapy and front desk staff are delivering a high level of customer satisfaction- 100% of the time
– Making our process so reliable and dependable that patients not only want it- but they refer in their friends and family
EMPLOYEE INTERACTION
– You will be one of our main managers for managing employees, which include a staff of about 12+ support members
– Manage the massage staff including scheduling, implementing new ideas and executing on them
– New employee onboarding, orientations, and exit interview processes
– Manage massage therapists and their craft
OFFICE INTERATION
– Make sure our processes and procedures are being followed
– Manages revenue cycles by selling care plans, packages, and other services
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
