L.V.N. or R.N.’s – Gracy Woods I Nursing Center – Austin, TX

Available shifts 6-2 Mon-Fri , 2-10 Mon-Fri , 10-6 is a rotating pattern and Double Weekends 6am-10pm

Qualifications

Requires a Texas LVN(LPN) or RN license

Knowledge of infection control,universal precautions and OSHA stanards.

Proficient working knowledge and ability to perform related tasks with specificequipment.

Must have familiarity procedures and techniques necessary to administer medication and treatment

as prescribed by physician and knowledge of medications and side effects.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practices,regulations and directed by the

Director of Nursing.Lead or direct licensed and non professional staff in the delivery of direct resident care and support functions.
