Responsibilities are as follow but not limited:
- Coordinate patient scheduling
- Verify patient insurance benefits
- Data entry
- Scan medical records in patients’ charts
- Handle incoming referrals and calls
- Collect payments and patient check outs
- Ensure waiting area and front office are orderly and sanitized
Qualifications/Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Exceptional customer service and patient care
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Extremely organized and structured
- Positive attitude and a team player
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour
