Our office is looking for a dental assistant to join our team. We expect that you will be as professional, energetic and positive as the rest of our staff. We have a happy environment here and are looking for the right person to join us.
** Selected Applicants will be interviewed starting May 2, 2022.
Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications and certifications.
Responsibilities Include:
- Welcome and interact with patients
- Prepare treatment area before and after patient care
- Sterilize instruments properly
- Assist the dentists during patient care
- Lab work including models and some appliances
- Inventory of clinical supplies
- Assist other team members when needed
- Expanded duties as possible / allowed
General qualifications/skills :
- Dental Assisting experience preferred, but will train the right person
- Ability to understand and follow health & safety regulations
- Good computer skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Able to multi-task
- Well-organized, respectful of others and reliable
- Additional certifications (Radiology, Expanded Function, etc) is a plus
Expected hours are :
Monday 930am-6pm
Tuesday 930am-430pm
Wednesday 930am-6pm
Thursday 930am-6pm
We provide off-street parking and private facilities for our staff including a kitchen, dressing area and bathroom. Uniforms are provided. Holiday and leave time are provided. We are a smoke free facility.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $26.00 per hour
