Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay is currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for Skilled Nursing.

Available Schedule:

  • Full Time Days (7am-7pm)*
  • Full Time Nights (7pm- 7am)*
  • Part Time Nights (6pm-12am)*
  • PRN (Minimum of 4 shifts per month)
  • Schedule is 3 days one week, 4 days the next with an every other weekend rotation.

Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work within Assisted Living to provide the highest quality of patient care, in a cheerful and friendly manner. Our CNAs report to the Team Leader and provide prompt and proper care to assigned residents which may include assistance with grooming, bathing, feeding, hygiene, toileting, transferring, ambulation, checking vitals, and other responsibilities.

Our CNA’s provide a holistic approach and provide care for our resident’s physical AND emotional wellbeing to provide holistic care to carry out our mission to create community to foster joy and well-being.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Current, unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of VA.
  • One year of practical field experience, preferred
  • CPR certification (or must obtain within the first 60 days of employment)
  • A strong desire to care for the elderly population.
