We are looking for an associate who is interested in growth and increasing their production potential. Ideal associate should have 1-3 years experience outside of residency. The candidate must be comfortable with:
1- Molar Root Canals
2- Simple Extractions
3 -Diagnosis of Malocclusion and treatment with Invisalign – if you don’t believe in bite correction or improvement with clear aligners, do not apply.
4-Onlays, Crowns and Straumann Implant restorations
5-Amazing and energetic Bed Side Manner
We will train right candidate to treatment plan and diagnose Invisalign, Veneers, and cosmetic procedures such as esthetic crown lengthening. Candidate must know how to properly phase treatment plans.
This is a modern 9 chair office with 2 hygienists and 3-4 doctors working a day. We never do one tooth dentistry. We are looking for dentists who know how to plan comprehensively and know how to phase treatment.
