This is a permanent full-time placement position, not a temporary contract with relocation.

Let us provide you with a cataract expertise in a variety of hospitals and surgery centers as well as challenge you in the development of other skills in logistics and inventory management. Our Certified Surgical Technologists (CST) are not only actively working in the OR, but also responsible for their own inventory management and the contribution of efforts in regional equipment and instrumentation logistics.

Qualifications to be a CertifiedSurgical Technologist (CST) for Vantage Outsourcing

• Successful graduation from an accredited surgical technology program

• CST Certification required for some states (within 90 days of employment)

• Responsible and able to work independently

• Detail-oriented

• Basic computer skills

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Able to work collaboratively and with a team mindset
